Our Board
Eileen Wiley is excited to serve as Vice President of the Phantom Theatre Board & Chair of the Fund-raising Committee. She has an MS in Urban and Policy Sciences and a BA in Psychology from Stony Brook University and has worked for more than 20 years at Penn State Hershey Medical Center doing facilities and space planning. Growing up in New York, she developed a love for musical theatre after seeing the original Pippin on Broadway and Joel Grey in George M. Cohan. She performed in High School plays & danced as a youth. Besides volunteer work for the Boy Scouts of America & other youth organizations, she is currently an adult tapper at Hershey School of Dance.
Wendi Dobson, President of the Board and co-founder of the Phantom Theatre Company, also serves as Chair of the Artistic Committee. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from Penn State University and a teaching certification in Elementary Ed. Wendi has been involved in all aspects of theater for many years and was a founder of Capital Area Student Theatre, where she served as President of the Board and was co-director for Kidz Remix, a "traveling" musical youth group.
Mindy Lafferty is a small business owner and the co-founder of Phantom Theatre Company. Her love for the theater began in high school. She is currently actively involved in working with several local theaters. Mindy is very excited to be a part of this great organization.
Doris Reynolds serves as the Secretary to the PTC Board of Directors. She is a graduate of Central Pennsylvania Business School and has over 30 years’ experience in public service working in numerous capacities for the Commonwealth of PA. She is currently employed as the Assistant Secretary for the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. Doris brings her administrative experience and organizational skills to PTC as well as her energy, enthusiasm, and love for musical theater.
